TrustBite ("we", "our", "us") is a social intelligence platform for food lovers. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you use our mobile application and services.

To provide personalized food suggestions (via Google Gemini)
To detect and prevent fraud or abuse

3. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal data. We share information only in these cases:

With your Klub members — Pins, reviews, and profile info you choose to share within your Klubs
Service providers — We use Supabase (database & auth), Google Maps (maps), and Google Gemini (food suggestions). These providers process data on our behalf under strict agreements
Legal requirements — When required by law or to protect safety

All permissions are optional. You can revoke them anytime in your device settings. The app will work with limited functionality without them.

5. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored securely using Supabase with row-level security policies. All data is transmitted over HTTPS (TLS 1.2+). We implement industry-standard security measures to protect against unauthorized access.

6. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from the app's Profile settings. Upon account deletion, your data will be permanently removed within 30 days.

7. Children's Privacy

TrustBite is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we discover we have collected such information, we will delete it promptly.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

Access, correct, or delete your personal data
Export your data in a portable format
Withdraw consent for data processing
Object to automated decision-making

9. Changes to This Policy
